The POLIAMMIDE 6.6 is IGROSCOPIC resin, therefore, also the POLIAMMIDE 6, easy absorbs water from the environment also if at a lower extent than POLIAMIDE 6, thus resulting in a flexible and crash resistent product.

Our main thermoplastic materials in use are :

POLIAMMIDE NYLON 6 reinforced with the 30% of fibers glass

  • Dielectric Rigidity according to the ASTM norms D149= 21 MV/ m
  • Absorption of water 24h, ASTM norms D570= 1%
  • Temperatures of exercise in continuous 20000 h= 130° C IEC norms 216
  • POLIAMMIDE NYLON 6.6 Stabilized to the heat reinforced with the 30% of fibers glass

  • Elevated mechanical resistance
  • Resistance to the abrasion and chemical resistance
  • Flame retard UL class. 94= HB (happy burning).
  • Dielectric Rigidity according to the IEC norms 243- 1=38 KV/mm
  • Absorption of water 24 h, ASTM norms D570=0.9%
  • Temperatures of exercise in continuous 20000 h= 133° C to 3000 h= 170° C IEC norms 216
